Purpose

The Work Orders List page enables you to apply a filter, allowing you to focus on specific Work Orders by narrowing down the results based on selected criteria.

What can you do with it?

The Filter Work Orders functionality is here to streamline your workflow. By using this feature, you can effortlessly tailor the work orders list to meet your current priorities and needs, ensuring you only see the most relevant entries.

How is it done?

Follow these steps to filter your Work Orders effectively:

  1. Access Filters on Work Orders List:

    • Navigate to the Work Orders List page.

    • Locate the filter options at the top of the list.

  2. Apply Specific Filters:

    • Work Order Status Filter: Decide whether you want to see orders that are Open, Unopened, Closed, or Planned.

    • Verified Filter: Choose between viewing Verified or Unverified orders.

    • Locked Filter: Select if you need to view Unlocked or Locked orders.

    • Work Order Type Filter: Pick from the list of available types to narrow down the results.

    • Location Filter: Choose a specific location to focus on work orders tied to that site.

    • Generic Status: Filter based on the general status assigned to work orders.

  3. Set Date Range:

    • Select Open: Filter work orders that were created after a specific date.

    • Select Close: Filter work orders that were created before a specific date.

  4. Apply and Review:

    • Once your selections are made, click on Apply to see the filtered results.

    • Review the list to ensure it meets your requirements.

  • Ensure all selected filters align with your current objectives.
